Return Policy

ShopParty has a 7-day return policy unless otherwise specified in the product descriptions. ShopParty partners with both domestic and global brands and the return policy for selected products may vary based on the vendor's original return policy.

ShopParty offers complimentary returns on all eligible orders. If the order is not qualified for complimentary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to send products back to ShopParty as well as a restocking fee if applicable.

Qualified items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of receipt by mail.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or price adjustments.

Request the return label and instructions via email at info@shopparty.net with your order #, reason, and the product names you would like to return or exchange (or use our Return Portal).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

ShopParty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned items are in a good condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopparty.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to ShopParty without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, ShopParty will email you that we have received your returned item. The return will be processed within 3-5 business days and ShopParty will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
